We hope that you and your families are healthy and safe during these developing times. As you may know due to these events, we have closed our lobby to customers to lessen the impact of coronavirus on this community. In light of that, we have opened our drive-thru earlier than planned and the process for picking up your order has changed a bit. To make the process more efficient we encourage all customers to order online or by phoning ahead.
We will be closely monitoring everything and will resume regular lobby business when we know it is safe for our customers and employees. We will continue to update as the upcoming weeks unfold. Thank you for your continued support and please stay safe and practice social distancing!
To ensure you continue receiving stellar customer service we have compiled a list of FAQs to help guide you in the ordering process.
How long until my order is ready for pickup in the drive-thru?
We are working diligently to increase our speed on all online orders. Orders made for pickup during our business hours are usually ready within 15 minutes of the time you receive your order confirmation email. However, we do ask our customers to wait until they receive a second email notification that the order is now ready to be picked up in the drive-thru.
Orders made outside of our business hours will be processed the following business day. We are open Monday-Saturday 9am-8pm and Sunday 10am-7pm. Our drive-thru entrance is located on 2nd street.
Do I need to verify my age for a pickup order?
Please bring your ID when picking up all orders in our drive-thru. Our current online age verification process is still in place for all shipped orders. All shipped orders will need to complete this step before your item can be shipped, prior to checkout you will be prompted to complete this process. After your purchase is complete you will receive a second email reminding you to complete the age verification process.
Can I get my order shipped?
Yes, of course! All online orders over $10 include free 1st-class USPS shipping. These orders typically take 1-2 days to be delivered to the Springfield, IL area and 2-3 days for anywhere else in the continental US. You will receive a confirmation when your order has shipped.
What if I can’t find the product I’m looking for?
Let us know If you think we might have a product in stock that you aren’t able to locate on our website. We are trying our best to keep the online catalog current with the instore selection, but there are some newer items that haven’t made their way to the website yet.

Will I earn rewards for online purchases like I do instore?
Our rewards program is available to all customers on our website. Create an account to earn 1 point for each dollar spent, use 100 points to receive $5 off your next purchase! Limited to redeem 100 points per order.
