AGE VERIFICATION POLICY AND PROCEDURE

By using our websites, products, and services you agree to comply with our age verification policies and procedures.

PLEASE NOTE: We are now only holding orders for 48 hours if you have not completed the one time age verification as a new customer within the 48 hour time period your order will automatically be canceled.

New Customers Only: If you have already verified with us you do not need to verify again.

Here’s how it works:

Once we have received your order, you will need to complete a one time age verification with us. (This process is explained and agreed upon as a customer enters our homepage through our age restriction pop-up. Instructions are also noted during checkout and when order confirmations are sent out via email.)

The next step would be to complete our age verification process outlined when placing the order. (You will only have to do this one time as a new customer. Once you are verified, you will not have to complete the verification for any future orders with any Upper Limits Midwest Companies.) The process is simple. All we need to get you verified is to simply choose one of the following:

Text a picture of your ID and a picture of yourself “Selfie” holding the ID to: (217) 685-4972 (This number is a text only line and is not a customer service number, please call (217)-679-4315 for customer service assistance)

Email: [email protected] with your order number and two photos attached.

Direct Message (on the e-commerce platform or through the "message us" chat on our homepage, www.upperlimitsinc.com)

Once you are verified, you will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is promptly processed and you will not have to complete any verification in the future when shopping with us.

Please note: Age Verification is mandatory for us to stay compliant with new FDA regulations. Any orders that we cannot verify after repeated attempts will be refunded to the original payment method used.

It is mandated by law for us to comply with to remain in business and to help with our continued dedication to keeping products out of the hands of minors.

Why 21? Cities, municipalities, and states are changing age requirements from 18 to 21 throughout the country. To make sure we continue to operate in compliance with these rapidly changing laws we set our requirement to the industry standard of 21. Feel free to contact us for more info. Our age verification is done in-house within our company only. We do not use any third party verification services, we do not collect more intrusive information like most other age verification services.
