Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order for any reason, please notify our team as soon as possible. Please read the following for more information on our policies.
RETURNS
We can not accept any returns on USED products unless a clear manufacturer defect is present within a 30-day period. Warranties on most products are handled by the manufacturer. We will assist customers in facilitating the manufacturer warranty process to the best of our ability. Please note that any product damage due to misuse, abuse, or force will void the warranty.
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, please create a support ticket from your account dashboard, chat online with our team, or call us during business hours at (217) 679-4315 x1 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). After receiving an RMA, place the item securely in its original packaging with your order number inside or on the box, and mail your return to the below address. Please note, you will be responsible for the return shipping charge unless stated otherwise by our team. We do this to avoid having to charge a restocking fee to our customers for their returns. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable shipping method when mailing your return.

REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least ten (10) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. If you would like your refund credited to your store account (store credit), please let us know. Otherwise, refunds will go back to the original payment methods. Credit card payment refunds may take 1-5 days to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. Any reward points will be automatically removed from your online account when an order refund is processed.
PACKAGE/SHIPPING
We take extreme care when packaging every single order. Unfortunately, we cannot oversee the entire delivery process with the selected shipping carrier. As such, we do not cover product damage caused while in possession of the shipping carrier.
